1.) Begin with an herbal body wrap or therapeutic soak in a hot tub infused with sea salts, extracts and essential oils from our Calm Relaxing Hydrotherapy Bath Soak.

2.) Once relaxed and cleansed, massage the Calm Relaxing Body Lotion all over. Combine this lotion with your favorite massage oil or cream to get the right slip and grip. 

3.) Complete the experience by misting the Calm Aromatherapy Mist over client.
