POST PRODUCTION & SHIPPING / RECEIVING ASSISTANT
We're looking for a new team member to join us in our post production / shipping department. This multi-faceted position will include bottling, labeling, fulfilling and shipping products as well as assisting the lab technicians and helping to maintain the lab and production schedule. Our ideal member is responsible, reliable, hard working and organized with attention to detail.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Lab and Product Production:
- Filling of products manually and with equipment.
- Washing production equipment and glassware.
- Sealing, measuring and filtering.
- Post Production & Shipping / Receiving:
- Applying shrink bands onto products.
- Labeling products manually and with machinery.
- Packing products into bubble bags or boxes, applying barcodes.
- Organize and stock warehouse goods and product inventory.
- Receiving in items and goods and putting them away.
- Packing items into boxes for shipment.
- Creating shipping manifests and labels.
Job Type & Benefits
32-35 Hours / week
Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm
$16-$18 Paid Hourly

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ year experience in shipping and receiving and/or manufacturing preferable.
- Knowledgeable and experienced with the Amazon database and inventory control dashboards: USPS, UPS, DHL, FED EX and Shopify databases preferred.
- Must be able to stand for long periods, reach, bend, load and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- Be able to maneuver a palette jack, stock heavy items.
- Is organized, clean and works efficiently alone and in a team environment.
- Is proficient in computer databases, email systems and customer service and communication.

Ability to stay focused on one task for a considerable length of time with attention to detail.

Social Media Marketer
Candidate will be responsible for creating copy, content and taking pictures and videos in our new onsite Media Studio to create and schedule posts via our social media platforms. Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Researching and learning about our products via our website to adequately create marketing content.
- Take pictures of our facility, products and people to use for marketing onsite weekly.
- Perform or assist in production of Instagram and Facebook stories, reels and Live videos.
- Create content and schedule 3-5 posts per week via Later scheduling app to our Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Pinterest an private Facebook group accounts.
- Clean up and add content to Pinterest and You Tube channels.
- Analyze, monetize and maintain promotional ads for all platforms.
- Connect to get more followers and answer questions and comments on posts.
- Meet weekly with other personnel to combine knowledge and content.
- Communicate and work with brand influencers as needed.
- Create, post, analyze and adjust ad campaigns on platforms.

Requirements
- High School diploma with 3+ years experience or College degree in Marketing or similar with 1+ years experience.
Marketing experience and knowledge required:
- Social Media Platforms and Apps: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and You Tube.
- Posting / Scheduling Apps: "Later" or equivalent.
- Copywriter, editor and marketing basics.
- Artistic design, format and function of ads per each platform's requirements.
- Adobe Photoshop or equivalent editors.
- Familiar with photography basics and photo taking.
- Ad analysis and monetization for retargeting and carousel promotions.
- Ability to stay focused on one task for a considerable length of time.
- Has attention to detail, while also achieving overall goals.
- Adheres to time frames / deadlines and works in an efficient manner to complete tasks.
- Works independently and with others weekly to reach goals.
- Can follow directions and ask questions when needed.
- Communicates openly on issues or needs.
